Finally! A conversion for running to jump rope. Every 100m of running = 45 speed steps A speed step is a “running” pattern of the feet with a jump rope. For each rotation of the rope a foot is planted on the ground. 45 speed steps should be counted by only counting 1 foot. So for every right foot the left foot strike you just performed 1. If you prefer to count both feet then 90 steps = 100m. T...

JumpNrope has three versions of the freestyle rope ...

Great Stuff! This video really shows that the small ones are often the greatest ones. While the big companies don't care about the individuals, the few dedicated ones seem to care a lot. For the big companies, the atheltes, all this's just about business, not the heart or passion like in Molly's case. For us, she has always been a fantastic inspiration. A Dragon Heart of the community. We beleive in You, Molly! You're a good person. Best regards from Norway. At 24 December, I myself beat my records and made 2550 Unbroken Double Unders in Thy name.

Sometimes I have a dream. About my future world record. That I was able to land on their course, meet Molly, someone who spent 30+ years skipping rope. That I gets a little advice from her and an autograph from Trevor. I dream very often, how great it must be to spend at least 30 minutes with them. How much would I learn in those 30 minutes, how much would I change in my love of skipping rope. And how much I would cry after leaving. Burning campfire inside of me. I have been jumping for two years, I am 17. In elementary school, it was a famous game. Everyone was having fun skipping rope. And it never worked out for me. I just could not jump rope. This flustration is a reall power. It's a great love now. Learning about her, discovering like Viking her "secrets". I started jumping in the gymnasium basement so that the others would not find out. Now I'm done editing a beautiful movie where I jump in the Standart Double Unders Style for 19 minutes and 40 seconds. Good people, know that Molly inspired me to take the route towards 10709 Unbroken Double Unders. This is a world record set by Frank Olivieri in 1988. Earlier, I did a minute - 2 in DU. When I saw 10 minutes like that, with this skill and dedication, I realized it was possible. I started to learn, interwals, broken sets, running. From zero up and always up! I go for a training. Greetings from Norway and this night: "We will dream it possible" again. - Wiktor.
